Parcouring in the spectacular landscapes of the capital of Canada, yes! What a fabulous location to workout in. Our one hour running session will take us up and down hills, rock hopping by the Ottawa river, rope jumping by the World Heritage site of the Rideau Locks, scale a wall perhaps and did I mention stair climbing! To finish - yoga stretching. Traditionally we go for coffee post Rifting.
You will be challenged by our program of functional fitness exercises in a fabulous park setting. Over the course of an hour we will run approximately 5 km through the arboretum in the experimental farm. Hills, locks, walls and rocks are all obstacles that become part of the parcouring workout. At the end of our workout we will relax and stretch with a few minuets of yoga.
